Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Cloudy golden amber pour with a finger of off-white head. Nice ring of lacing.
S: Passionfruit. Tart and tropical.
T.F: Sweet/tart. Strong passionfruit and a bit of guava/citrus. The lactose offsets the tart nicely. Sticky on the tongue... medium to light body with effervescent carbonation.
O: An outstanding sweet/tart soured fruit beer. The passionfruit works really nicely and it's super drinkable at 5%. Awesome beer!
