Rustic Saison. A mixed culture farmhouse beer aged in white wine barrels with wild yeast and spent peach skins. Lovingly blended and aged for three years before being released. We get notes of tangerine zest, light barnyard funk, gooseberry, fresh hay, pickled apricot, under-ripe peach.

A decently done Flanders style Red Ale.
It's not bad at all, but just missing a little something. Depth maybe?
Either way it was a pleasant experience with a nice sour wild fermented mixed ale. I'd definitely get it again. For an American version of a Belgian classic, it's not bad at all.
You definitely get the white wine barrel in the finish. Pretty complex.

Taster at share. Golden pour, mostly flat. Fruity aroma, peach, apricot, tart. Stone fruit continues in the taste, very tart. Full, gum drying. Really nice.
