Huge billowing head over a semi-clear straw body. Perfect looking for a classic Saison. Nice nose but nothing exceptional about it. The flavor was very good and bit surprising because it wasn't as grassy as the aroma but more fruity. I really liked it. Well carbonated and finished nicely. I only had one but it got better the more I drank it.
