This IPA blends milk sugar with a handful of some of our favorite hops. It is full bodied and hopped with Vic Secret, Sabro, Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Columbus.

Grabbed a 4 ok at MBC.
Delicious DIPA. No real stand outs.
Hip profile speaks for itself.
But wonderfully well rounded smooth mouthfeel. THIS was a standout.
Definitely worth having again.

A creamy, antique white head reaches two inches before gradually turning rocky and settling at one inch. The beer is very cloudy, mango orange (SRM 5-7). Tremendous clouds of sticky lace remain on the wall of a Spieglau IIPA glass.
There is a huge punch of pine resin with ample grapefruit close behind. Sweet orange and orange pith linger in the background. Warmth shows wet pine straw and light Band-Aid.
Bitterness is dramatically well controlled. Earthy pine straw and papaya add to a fair amount of sweetness in the middle. Bitterness is amplified by warmth and a long finish.
The texture is similar to a soft pillow against the full body. Modest carbonation prevents this from being creamy. Alcohol is about as expected.
This is a very enjoyable IIPA. It has enough of everything expected to showcase the style without being too extreme. It might pair well with spicy Italian meatballs. I enjoyed it on a seasonally mild spring afternoon. After one hour waiting in the car with my angelic wife, we got the last can of the day, because the car in front of us only bought a hat. Phew!
