This Imperial Stout was brewed to mimic flavors of a granola crunch bar. We conditioned the beer on our crumble treatment which contains Madagascar vanilla, granola, and a hint of toasted coconut. The full dark chocolate base is met with flavors of sweet oats, creamy vanilla, and a hint of sweet coconut.

Had on tap at Mortalis.
Dark brown walnut like; some red and orange to light. Decent tan head; very good lacing.
Nose has upfront coconut and vanilla with background chocolate. Taste mirrors. Very good if a bit too sweet for me. (And I like sweet). A bit pushy with the coconut on early sips but granola, oats came out as beer warmed, chocolate more evident and ended a pleasantly more complex interesting brew during second half of glass.
Nicely full and smooth. A bit too thick though.
Enjoyed and would have again.

Brownish black body with a brown cap. Granola and vanilla lead the nose, with coconut, milk chocolate and hints of hazelnut and coffee. Taste is more focused on the adjuncts advertised, has a crunch bar combination all together, but short lived separating back out by the finish but still really delicious. Really nice but sweeter and warmer so sip slowly, decently viscous. A dessert stout in mildly cooler months
