Can not dated. So sad. Please.....
Poured into hop glass.
Appearance is of hazy IPAs- cloudy-with little to no head.
Faint aroma.
Taste is where this beer begins to shine. Stonefruit, papaya, mango, sweet hop nectar. Thank you.
Mouthfeel is nice. A little thin, but that taste lingers nicely.
Overall, I liked this one better than their the other DIPA I tried (Hephaestus). I'd be interested in trying some of their other offerings, but not too inspired to seek them out, especially if cans aren't dated.
Cheers!

From a 16oz can. There appears to be a date on the can, but it's smudged beyond recognition.

This is a very murky looking beer and very juicy looking. It is a creamy yellow color with a 1 finger white head. The head is fluffy looking and looks soft as a cloud. The head retention is good and the lacing on the glass looks quite sticky.
The aroma is tropical in nature from the hops. Good hits of melon in here as well as tropical pineapple. I also get an earthy aroma coming from the hops.
Taste - Very earthy hit starts it off for me. The earthy morphs into a tropical flavor profile. I get melon in here and a hit of pineapple. I am getting a grapefruit flavor on the finish with some bitterness. Some melon sweetness mixes with the bitterness.
The hops do stick and cling in my throat, and I am burping up hops. Very sticky feeling. Somewhat creamy and silky feeling. nice feeling on the back from the bitterness.
Very tasty and well made IPA.
