Liquified cocoa nibs, creamy maple nougat, peanuts, and lactose blended with Pearson’s Nut Goodie Bars intertwine to create a milk stout like no other. Exploding with aromas of chocolatey deliciousness, maple, and roasted nuts. The taste blends nuttiness with luscious chocolate and subtle maple sweetness, culminating in a rich, satisfying finish.

Appearance: Pours a nearly completely black/dark color with a massive dark tan head. SRM of 23. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong Romas of granola, pastry, roasted nuts. Smooth, sweet milk, chocolate aroma on the finish. (3.75)
Flavor: Strong flavors of bittersweet chocolate, strudel, roasted brown nuts, and brown bread. Some smooth, chocolate and vanilla and maple. Follow off the end. Finishes sweet. (3.25)
Feel: Medium bodied, low, carbonation, milky, sweet finish. (3.50)
Compared to Modist Breffix 1/2024: Pours similar, Stronger head. Less bitter, roasted, and chocolate and coffee. More brown bread, nuts, milk chocolate. More sweet, milky, smooth.
Overall:
I should learn that these overly sweet milk stouts with a bunch of additives aren't for me, but I never do. It has some nice nut flavors, but otherwise, overly sweet, too artificial, and not my style. I'm really not sure who enjoys drinking beers like this. (Rating: 3.49)
