In our foeders old and young beers coalesce. This perpetual aging is the inspiration for Circles Around The Sun. A simple mixed fermentation saison blended to perfection over time in oak. Mosaic dry hopped.

From the 16.9 oz bottle in a snifter via Bluejacket 74. Cheers Dude!
This unique brew pours a chill hazed straw color with a moderate head of
white foam that settles to a thin ring and a light dusty layer. Nose of mango,
citrus, lemon zest, cracker, and herbal spice of pepper and acidity. Flavors
surpass the nose with mango, lemon, pineapple, cracker, white pepper, and
lemon grass with medium acidity from fermentation. Mouthfeel is medium,
smooth, low carbonation, and a dry finish.
Overall, a nicely done mixed fermentation saison.
Cheers

16.9 ounce bottle, didn't notice a date on it. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a slightly hazy pale gold color with about a half inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like citrus, earthiness, mango, herbalness and some grainy malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, with mango, tropical fruit, tart citrus, earthiness, grainy malt, lime, stone fruit and peppery spice. It's also more tart than I expected it to be. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating, smooth and has a moderate amount of carbonation. If you're into saisons that have some tartness to them then I recommend this one. I enjoyed it!
