Czech Style served in a Czech style beer glass and from a traditional “side pull” tap handle for a truly authentic experience. This beer is brewed with 100% Czech grown Saaz hops and floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt made just outside of Prague (thanks to Weyermann Specialty Malts) which lends it plenty of richness and complexity with a classic hop flavor and aroma.

A crystal clean golden lager with a light biscuity note and a crisp hoppy finish.
This is how it should be! Just a solid, straightforward, all around well-done pilsner.
Thanks to @xicanobeerrun for the trade.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour; thin, finely beaded white head. Bready, grainy aroma. Taste is biscuity, sweet, grainy with a light crisp bite at the finish. Mouthfeel is nice and creamy.

So I will fess up, I got this one because I had never heard of the brewery and like pilsners. Imagine my surprise when I crack this open and was completely amazed! Then I find out it is the #11 czech pils on ba, yeah that czechs out!
Alright to the good stuff now. Mostly clear golden body with two fingers of foam and ring of lacing. Smells of big cracker, czech pale yeast, leafy hops, lemon zest, and whisper of sulfur. Taste is mostly run by the yeast up front with biscuit, czech yeast and cracker, then a shot of lemon and pale malt with a big wave of finishing leafy and grassy hops. Leaning new world but nods strongly to the old. Crisp, clean, with great balance, though brighter. Very well done, would drink this year round

Imagine how rad it must be to live across the street from this place? You know, aside from the Sacramento part.
Anyhoo, here's another beautiful beer. Great clarity, usual golden color. Ample 4/5" white head with good retention. She's a looker. The aroma is light grain, light lager yeast, light hopping of a traditional Saaz/noble realm. Sure, I have a garbage nose that likes skunky Euro lager, but this is nice too.
Taste is done super well, are my eyes deceiving me? 4.21 average score for a 3.9% pilsner? Damn, be the change you would like to see, this is awesome! Yes, this beer is every bit as good as all those double digit abvs clogging up the best of part of the site. Pilsner maltings every bit as flavorful as in a bigger beer. Brisk carbonation makes me like it. You can't go wrong picking up a 4 pack of this, good year round, pairs excellent with food, softball, river etc. . . fresh mouth feel all the way. Light lemon mineral bar. This is really good stuff, very good in every way. Basically Bierstadt is about the only thing on a higher level.

Umm, yeah. 10 doesn’t really make me think too much. James Joyce beer it is not. But you know what? Raul don’t care. It’s smooth, soft, and fulfilling like a ballerina who said to hell with it and ate an ice cream Sunday.
Ok, guy.

Sweet and light honey malty and lemon-zesty, bready, citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with light and flavorful biscuity malts upfront...and then a balanced and light, lemony citrus bitter swallow. This is just so clean, and crushable and refreshing! Outstanding!
