On tap at the brewery.
Pretty in the glass. To style. Light gold, light white fluff.
Nose is fruity, slightly tart, a little bread, and wet leather. But an interesting woodiness comes in and then makes room for a hint of...rum? But tempting.
Flavor definitely is a saison, bretty, a bit dry and white winey, some wood, and again that hint of rum. But this is crisp and alive. Really puts on an experience. As it warms, some honey and grass are revealed as well.
