Drinking this at The Mountain Layers Brewery in beautiful downtown Bryson City NC.
Appears pink with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly with a slight amount of lacing.
Smells lightly malty, sweet honey, and fruity.
Taste follows the nose with black currants a touch of vanilla to round out its fruitiness.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a nice fruit beer, refreshing, light, and a good example of the style.
