10oz pour at the waterfront biergarten. Entering review from notes.
Pours crystal clear golden, brassy, medium sized dense head, lots of carbonation. Smell is grass and hop resin, some floral sweetness.
Taste is light, very clean and crisp, slight biscuit/bread, mild lemon zest. Unfortunately loses some / most of that gorgeous hop character I got in the aroma. A bit more citrus comes out with some patience.
Mouthfeel is light, clean, slight resinous residue. Overall, pretty good, with a great aroma.

Can dated 02/19/21 into a pilsner glass.
L: Bright golden with nearly 3 fingers of low-density white head with moderate retention and left mixed lacing.
S: Nose is quite nice, plenty of floral, citrus, and pine, with some subtle berry and cracker undertones.
T: Follows the nose well, but not quite as dynamic. Finishes with medium bitterness and a hint of acidity and astringency, bitterness lingers pleasantly on the palate with the acidity slowly drying it out.
F: Low-medium bodied with medium-high carbonation, dances on the tongue, slick on the swallow.
O: Really nice dry-hopped pilsner, wanted more of a crisp finish, but I'd happily repeat whenever I cross paths with it fresh. Wondering if I'd have gotten more dank elements from the Mosaic if I'd had it hyper-fresh...
