This shift from winter to spring is what keeps New Englanders alive. And this beer is our tribute to it: The Changing of the Saisons. Embrace the subtlety of the belgian yeast and simple malt build. look: 4 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3 | feel: 3 | overall: 3.25
The only reason I rated this beer a little low was because I feel like it's more of a witbier. Lots of residual sugars left behind possibly due to the fermentation temperature not getting high enough. Still a solid beer, just not to style.
