Refrigerated for one year. Pours golden honey with no head. Low carbonation with a slick feel. Smells fresh and grassy. Tastes of green apple with a sweet/tart follow-up.

Bottle from Tom B.
Looks like a sara saison.
Smells like a sara saison.
Chamomile & lactose translate into milk & honey flavors. Mixed with funky oak-aged saison flavors.
Medium bodied, somewhat dry.
Different, but in a good way.
