From a 750 ml. bottle sampled on Feb 24, 2022.
Attractive looking copper-amber pour with a quick lasting head. Decent clarity.
The aroma has a pungent ginger note with the lime and blossoms up next. I might pick up a little tequila but not much in the way of booze.
The mouthfeel is in the low medium range.
The ginger really bites into the tasting experience. It is almost burning. But the salt and lime are front and center too. Tart too.

Bottle from the Packie
Lightly hazy light gold in color with a good sized bubbly white head that slowly recedes. Ginger, lime, and funk on the nose. Flavor is lemony and lime tart with a decent shot of ginger and bits of sweet floral fruitiness. Very Nice
