500 mL bottle. Pours deep red, almost purple with an ample pink head. Smells of light berry, a touch of acidity, and some earthy yeast notes. While it looks like it would be dominated by fruit, the saison base is the most prominent flavor. A little doughy malt, earthy yeast notes, and some white wine. A touch of acidity, but it's very light. Blueberry-like fruit flavor throughout. Very pleasant to drink. It could be consumed quickly, but it would be a waste of a wonderful beer.

Serving: Can
Canned: Jul-2-2019 (Consumed Jul-30)
A:
It pours slightly cloudy pale gold, quickly dissipated finger of head. Zero retention; no lacing. (3)
S:
Cracked pepper, candied orange peel. (3.75)
T:
Light fruitiness, pizza dough, lemon water, faint clove sweetness. (3.75)
M:
Mediumish body, moderate carbonation, on the low end of that flabbiness the saisons sometimes have. (3.5)
O:
A decent if not amazing saison.
Pretty lackluster looking. The smell is nice and inviting faintly tart citrus brightness in a spiced, doughy backdrop. A little too meaty and one note from the yeast. Drinkable regardless of its failings and pretty enjoyable. (3.5)

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with light peppery undertones is quite nice. Taste is a solid mix of rustic malt notes with some light peppery yeast notes and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid saison and reminiscent of Dupont in some ways.
