SUGARY TART CHERRY candy. Deep pink foam and reddish cherry pink body. Fun stuff. A novelty, and I do always cave to cherry beers. Belgium skill again.

Unlike a reviewer below, my pour produced a good three inches of head that condensed into an incredibly creamy, half finger throughout the drink. Also unlike a lot of pics online, my beer was not a clear red pour. Mine was intensely, intensely dark ruby. Could’ve easily mistaken it for a stout, if the head wasn’t a light off-red. Lacing was, unbelievably, off the charts on this one. I’m wondering if I got one of the freshest bottles on the market
Smell is maraschino cherries, and then… some other kind of cherries. Definitely a lot of cherries. No malt, bready, spicy, or other beer aromas here — though on some inhales I swear I can smell the faintest of malt backbones. The cherry smell is definitely enjoyable, though. It’s not a medical like, or artificial smell like some cherry stuff can be, so points for that.
Taste, however, is absolutely not maraschino cherries. Tastes like regular cherries, not sweet but tart ones. The taste is not overtly sour, there is some pucker but it’s from the tartness. A sweetness runs throughout the sip and the tartness fades into a gentle sweet cherry aftertaste.
Well carbonated, relatively lightish-medium bodied, starts tart and finishes sweet. Juicy taste, so not an overtly dry finish
Agree with everything that’s been said so far. If you like cherries, this is a straight up excellent offering of pure cherry taste that is not artificial tasting. It’s not sour like a kriek, or lambic, or like any soured beers. It’s not cloyingly sweet either. So for what it is trying to do, it’s excellent. I wouldn’t go into this expecting too many typical ale, lager flavours, but it is definitely enjoyable.

Pours cranberry juice colour, with a small pink head on top. Tart cherry on the nose. The taste is more juice than beer, in fact the beer is hard to find. I suppose that’s linked to the low alcohol content. I enjoyed the taste of this beer, but if I want a beer, I would choose something else. Waterloo Tart Cherry Radler has more beer flavour with even less alcohol

330 ml bottle served cool into a chalice. LCBO purchase for something around $4.
Appearance - Deep garnet in color with extra purple. Wine-like in color. Light pink head that pours a half finger and dissipates pretty quick.
Smell - Maraschino cherries all the way with a little bit of other cherry aroma. Incredibly intense.
Taste - Black cherry, some candi sugar which gives some illusion of maraschino cherries. Light wheaty notes in the background. Balanced, some tartness but definitely fairly sweet overall.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, very heavily carbonated, almost to the point of gassy. Light booze content not subtracting from the feel in any way.
Overall - Very good intense cherry beer with a great balance between sweet and tart.

330 mL bottle from the LCBO; best before Oct 26 2022, listed at 3.8% and served slightly chilled.
Pours a deep purple colour; I poured hard, but only managed to produce half a finger of soapy, light purple-coloured head that collapsed within sixty seconds. A bubbly collar and film are left behind, with little in the way of lace - looks alright, and I just love that colour. It smells of black cherry flesh and honey - not what I'd call a complex aroma, but the cherry does feel authentic.
Wow - if you're looking for a cherry fruit beer in its purest incarnation, you sure came to the right place. There's a small amount of tartness on the back end, but for the most part this brew is just juicy and sweet, much like the fruit itself. Black cherry and candi sugar at first, with cherry juice and subtle hints of wheaty, bready malts underneath; the juice lingers into a relatively candy-sweet aftertaste that fades after a moment or two. Light in body, with moderate carbonation that lends a little bit of prickliness to this brew's otherwise smooth, juicy mouthfeel. I don't usually drink large volumes of fruit beer, but this is one case where I genuinely wished it had been a larger serving - there're few things worse than running out of a beer you're thoroughly enjoying!
Final Grade: 4.05, an A-. Boho Organic Cherry might actually be the best (non-kriek) cherry beer I've ever had - that's not an exhaustively long list of beers, mind you, but I can't think of any other cherry beers that pulled it off this well. Maybe Unibroue's Éphémère Cerise, but that's a completely different animal from this one. I'll definitely be picking up a few more bottles for short-term storage, mostly because I love cherries and it'd be nice to be able to scratch that itch during the winter, when the fruit is out of season and much harder to find.
