Off the charts in every area. The beer is Uber complex with a short intense moonshine backend - all done with natural ingredients. That is but one component though.
Amazing.

Description: House microflora, estate herbs.
16oz pint in an imperial glass @Keme.
Iced tea color, almost clear, small head.
Smells a bit like black licorice & wheat.
Taste is very fennel-y. Maybe some tarragon. Citrus. Black tea. House yeast seems uniform across the few brews I tried & gives everything a sharp, varnish-y twang.
Carbonation is soft, but consistent. Feels boozier than the listed ABV.
Might have two of these.
