Made from Maguey Sap (same stuff they make Mezcal out of), malted blue corn, cinnamon, and clove, this is a very complex beer. Aroma hits you in the face with cinnamon, but also citrus notes and a slight smokiness. Contrasting flavors of sweet and sour are somewhat like a sour beer, but different in many ways - Starts sour and finishes sweet, which is almost palette cleansing in its overall effect.
