Mostly clear deep gold in color with a good sized bubbly white head that persists. Bready crackery maltiness with hints of earthy floral hops. Lively carbonation and a crisp mouthfeel. Very nice.

From a 16oz can, undated. Purchased at the brewery 07/12/22. Served in a ‘NH Pint Days’ pub glass, mainly because that’s what was clean.
Pours a crystalline pale honey-gold with some big-bubbled carbonation and a finger of short-lived white suds. A scant fizzy collar and a few dots of slippery lacing.
Nose is clean and malty. Earthy, grassy, robust aroma of dry cereal grain.
Taste is clean and dry. Despite brewer’s description to the contrary, I found the sweetness to be quite low. Muted noble hop bitterness. Tasting lightly toasted, dry white bread, apple cores and barley tea with a smidge of grassy-spice zippiness.
Feel seems initially to be crisp but a soapy slickness builds. Medium bodied and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a tasty… lager? The brewer doesn’t lay claim to a style so ‘American Lager’ it is. Whatever, it was quite well made and I’ll try to pick up a couple more four-packs to have on hand for guests.
