Poured from 16oz can into my Bell's tulip. Canned on 3/22/22; purchased at the brewery.
Appearance: rich golden hue with a clear body and a thick finger of frothy eggshell foam. I think it looks quite nice for the style.
Smell: sweet and malty with a definite adjunct character and not much in the way of hops. That being said, there's not much in the way of "off" aromas, and it's a good depiction of the style.
Taste: again, sweet and malty; and, while there is a bit of a corn character going on as well, I think it's a great example of the style.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I'm sometimes of mixed opinion about these historical lagers, but in this case the beer is darn tasty and refreshing. Definitely worth checking out.

Tasted in a 10 oz glass from draft at the Well 80 Brewhouse on August 5, 2018. A very balanced, drinkable, satisfying and
refreshing beer with a pleasing aftertaste.
