Well 80 Artesian Brewing Company, in conjunction with Paul Knight, the last brewmaster at the Olympia Brewing Company and Paul Pearson, Head Brewer at Well 80 have brewed the first recipe from Olympia Brewery founder Leopold Schmidt’s original 1896 notebook.

Delicious lager. It’s got a surprisingly bold flavor profile with some burnt citrus peel and peppery overtones. 5.6% abv. Airy aftertaste dissipates quickly.
