Saison aged 4 years in an oak puncheon, finished with blackberry currant puree. Deep red-violet with a foamy off-white head. Tart, juicy blackcurrant aroma. Big, juicy blackcurrant flavor with some Brett earthiness and lemon tartness. Light-bodied with a tart finish.
