Super Saison celebrates all the things we love about this storied style of beer. We pulled out all the stops for this one - a luxe-rustic grist bill with raw wheat and spicy spelt, a leisurely fermentation in American oak, a diverse blend of French and Belgian saison yeast, amongst others. This farmhouse ale is designed to enjoy now, or cellar for awhile.
