ONE PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours an orangish yellow and is turbid. It is topped with a mountain of pillowy beige head that leaves decent lacing.
Tropical fruit. Some spiciness from the rye. Hints of citrus
The rye really stands out in the flavor. Tropical fruit is in the backseat. Citrus hints in the background
Full bodied with a creamy mouthfeel
The mouthfeel is incredible. The rye adds a nice layer of flavor. I like this beer a lot.

No canning date (released on 4/1/21, so presumably canned within a few days of that date); consumed on 4/15/21
Pours a completely turbid, milky mango-orange hue and capped with multiple fingers of dense, soapy, white foam; great head retention leaves a thin layer of spotty islands of cap, a chunky, frothy collar, and a generous spread of webby/spotty lacing sprinkled around the walls of the glass.
Aroma sparks fresh clementine against banana cream and hints of bubblegum upfront, with a wet spearmint interlude transferring over to sweeter tones of candied passionfruit and grape Starburst; a grassy black pepper tingle builds over time into overripe mango casually saturating, yet not overwhelming, the close.
Taste opens with fresh guava, tangerine, and orange establishing a tropical/citrus base as musty banana peel delves into further nuance over the mid-palate and peppery rye grain character juxtaposes persistent juicy fruits into the backend; bright lemon meringue shines alongside a ruby red grapefruit twang as orange zest lingers past the finish.
Mouthfeel brings a body on the higher end of medium, with a fluffy, intermittent carbonation trickling into a pillowy grit building quietly over a creamy mid-palate before a brief, juicy burst into the back end and fast-encroaching and refined flaky bitterness guiding the close as it peaks with a drying underscore.
An eccentric use of resin-laden tropicalia to deliver a steady rye detour in a more covert and palatable fashion, across an otherwise traditionally formed NEIPA, in effective, bold and attention-grabbing fashion; comprehensively well-executed.
