Pours clear, a golden yellow with billowy foam. I enjoyed this from my stein, in honor of the season.
Grassy hops upfront make their presence known, balanced with a touch of caramel. Lasting finish. Delicious.

Canned on 9/14/22; consumed on 11/27/22
Pours a nearly crystal-clear, honey-gold body capped with multiple fingers of richly soapy, eggshell-white foam; great head retention leaves a rocky half-finger of cap, expansive, frothy collar, and modest spatter of webby, soapy lacing dotting the walls of the glass.
Aromas of white toast and fresh dough into a calculated dollop of wildflower honey over the middle are underscored with a clean prickle of minerality lingering alongside pillowy lager yeast over time.
Taste opens to soft lager yeast building to fresh bread dough and toasty subtleties, with a mid-palate highlighting hints of honeysuckle as a fading minerality eases through the back end of the profile.
Mouthfeel offers a light body and a higher frothing of carbonation dispersing a choppy prickle and meandering pseudo-bitterness fades through the mid-palate to a clean back end and drying firmly through the finish.
The softer profile remains rounded, ostensibly clean with a delicate prickle interspersing character while remaining light; another understated yet successfully rounded lager from Arvon.

Color is a clear yellow. Yeasty and slightly herbal nose. Light to medium bodied and smooth mouthfeel. Flavor profile is crackers, hops add a floral fixture. Slightly sweet malts add to the cracker flavor. Finish is dry and doughy.
