Pours a dark amber color with a slight head and lacing
Aroma has fruity and spice hints
Taste has a fruity and spice flavor
A medium bodied decently carbonated beer
The beer is labeled as a Saison but the sight, smell, taste and feel is more like a well done harvest ale (Southern Tier Harvest Ale for example).

Clear copper with a nice khaki head,
Green bananas, bubblegum, floral, raisins, figs, pepper, cinnamon and clove aromas all playing together nicely with nothing overwhelming the others
Pretty much tastes like it smells, yeast aromas first, then the dried fruit and a rich maltiness, and finally the spice with light lingering bitterness
Medium bodied, velvety, appropriate carbonation
This is about what you want out of a late fall saison
