L : A copper orange color with a rapidly diminishing head, not very tall to start in the first place. 80% opaque.
S : Wheat hulls, raspberry seeds. Very faint.
T : Closer to a Berliner Weiss than anything, it's got some insane sour qualities, kind of like rye bread dipped in vinegarette; some white wheat, coriander. The raspberry faintly creeps in at the end, but not without a touch of rubber cement. Quite a bit of vinegar, lots of sour. Ends with some rindy grapefruit.
F : Semi-creamy, leaves a pasty dry finish. Moderate carbonation.
O : Less like a shandy, more like a sour. Because it's marketed as a Shandy, this is quite misleading. Maybe a trip back to the drawing board is in order.
