Many thx to JISurfer for this can!
A - A nice light gold pour with perfect clarity and light carbonation, lacing is is sparse and thin.
S - Honey grain biscuity/light bready malt with delicate lemon citrus.
T - Bready / biscuity honey malt with some earthiness and finishes mildly bitter with some lemon citrus poking through on the very back end.
M - Medium body that's thicker in the middle and thin around the edges with prickly carbonation.
O - Easy drinking, nicely done, and no complaints here!

16oz can purchased from the brewery direct for about $3/can
Poured at fridge temp into a weizen glass
Pours a bright and clean gold with a fluffy white head and beautiful spider lacing down the glass
clean, crisp and slightly floral aroma
Bready, mostly white bread, floral hops and clean
Very very smooth and crushable

draught
Very lacy, head residue. Light gold look. Light, effervescent and kind of tart, a bit lemony, light malt aroma. Light, slightly bitter note on the very light toasted, spiced malt, with a bite to the flavor.

500ml pour in a German mug (you know, the little rounded kind with the dimples all over). On tap at the brewery in Salt Lake City.
Pours a somewhat hazy golden with a creamy head and lots of carbonation. Smell is mild, grain and yeast, slightly lemon.
Taste is grainy with a fairly strong grassy bite. Interesting and good, but not necessarily what I expect from the style.
Mouthfeel is fairly thick, almost sticky. Overall, it's a good and tasty beer, but for the style it's a bit heavy, a bit hoppy, and a bit hazy.

another absolutely excellent german lager from these guys, and while i will always be partial to their wonderful keller, this is a mighty nice example of the style, a close to perfect helles as they go, especially from a domestic brewer. lots of german pils malt character to this immaculately clear golden brew, crackery and earthy, a flash of floral honey sweetness in the middle, but nice and dry and refreshing by its conclusion, which comes in a huge wash of tiny bubbles, and a bit if doughy german lager yeast character, crisp and tidy and professionally refined. there is a nice light noble hop profile to this too, fresher than it ever seems to be in others, and with a little lemon and peppy spice to it, but very tastefully dosed. the body is real light but there are some minerals in here beefing it up, and the whole thing is totally drinkable in just a few satisfying gulps. i love them serving it in its proper glassware at their awesome taproom, and i think overall these guys have an excellent handle on the classic german styles. i could drink a ton of this, i want another one right now! super well done! good enough to have come from germany...
edit: this has become somewhat of a staple for these guys, and i believe is now double listed here on BA as munchen helles lager, which i am fairly confident is the same beer as this. just had it under this name and was again impressed, the refinement here is first rate, and its anything but bland. much respect, about as good as any domestic brewery is doing in this style i reckon.
