16oz can served in a stemless glass. Bought it at the brewery a couple weeks ago. Don't see a date on the can.
Pours crystal clear light yellow with a small head that leaves a millimeter thick skin on the both the beer and the glass. Due to the description of being unfiltered, I'm a little surprised how clear it is. Smell is primarily yeast with a little bit of a grain tea aroma. Muted.
Taste is very grainy, light and clear. Strong bitter finish -- surprisingly piney. A little bit of a honeysuckle sweetness.
Mouthfeel is very light, clean, and dry. Overall...I'm not sure if I can really rate it to style, but it's definitely a tasty beer.
