Full pour at their small operation inside The Gärten. They didn’t have anything truly British at the time so I went with a smoke beer. Very subtle but delicious. Slightly funky as a Saison should be with that yeasty goodness but also plenty of smoked character from the malt. Not overpowering at all so could be an introductory smoke beer for those who aren’t familiar. I’d say a better smoke beer than a Saison.
