This is an amazing fruit beer. It was described to me as a sour, but it is obvious that there is so much fruit in this beer that it is so smooth and easy to drink.
It pours a cloudy, magenta color. It has a small head and very little lace, but the richness of the color makes up for this.
The smell is of fresh crushed blueberries. The taste is the same. The sourness is very soft and nuanced. This is perhaps my favorite fruity beer. It isn't overly sweet, the blueberry is key, and the sourness doesn't make one purse their lips.
