Pale lemon yellow, not quite crisp and clear, but not a hazy or anything. Good stiff egg-white foam that builds to two+ fingers and leisurely settles over an extended period of time. Sticky lacing.
Nose is bright and fruity up front. Floral/fruity/grassy, and then as it settles, there's a more yeasty impression that takes over. Sweet tropical fruits come back in as the head recedes, but there's still more of the yeast than I expected.
Flavour starts off with some nice sweet fruits as well. Tropical up front with guava and cantaloup and some dull earthy bitterness, but then the big yeasty character comes swooping in again. I'm not implicitly against yeast as a flavour, but it just feels like it distracts here moreso than adding a positive twist to things. Finish is a bitter pinnacle that leans more over to the green fruits side of things.
Cashmere Comet Galaxy Motueka Warrior
Overall there's some nice elements here and it's overall enjoyable but I found the yeasty character distracting and the finish gets a little cloying.
Great message/cause, though.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Can has no useful date on it.
Pours a clear golden yellow with a big (approximately two inches) fluffy head that settles into stiff peaks. Smell is pretty mild -- slight lemon, a little grass. Maybe a little bit of sweet floral tone.
Taste leans heavily into the sweet floral notes with a nice backdrop of lemon zest and honey.
Mouthfeel is light and clean. Overall, it's a pretty good beer.
