Poured into a Gavroche tulip. Pours a hazy golden amber with a thin white head that dissipates to a ring around the glass with light lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, wheat, saison yeast, clove. Flavor is mild caramel malt, saison yeast, wheat, mild grassy hops. Finishes semi-sweet biscuit malt with light wild yeast and a hint of grassy hops. Medium bodied with active carbonation. A nicely integrated saison with a pleasant wheat element, which fits in well. Low key somewhat mild flavor, but well balanced and satisfying.
