4oz pour in a snifter at Brouwer's.
Pours clear pink with a light pink head. Pretty looking beer. Smell is moderate berry, nicely tart.
Taste is tart, slightly fruity, surprisingly mild. Too mild. Bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is smooth and thin, maybe slightly oily. Overall, it's a good beer.

Served On-Tap
A — Bright and vibrant, an almost pinkish hue out of the tap, quite clear and looks more red when held up to the light.
S — Smells of great fresh fruit, musty blackberries, some tart cherry, lacto as well.
T — Tastes nicely fruit forward and quite tart without being overly done or acetic. Nice notes of blackberry, raspberry, lacto, and funk.
M — Light in body, super crisp, very nice and refreshing.
O — Nice and well done, a great table sour if there is such a thing, could happily drink this all day long.
