Served On-Tap
A — Pours a bright and hazy yellow hue into the glass, there is a billowy, puffy white colored head that forms atop the beer and leaves behind some nicely consistent lacing along the inside of the glass.
S — Smell is very nice, yeast forward and focused, as you dig deeper there are nice notes of fresh fruit, some lemon, but its really a nice showcase of the Mandarins.
T — Taste is yeasty, peppery, dry, bitter, notes of mandarin flesh and pith, as well as a juicy hint from the hops.
M — Medium bodied, a long lasting finish is quite nice.
O — Very well done, not quite as juicy as #2 but still it is fresh, focused, and bright.
