375mL champagne-style half bottle, "Batch No. 3", served in a tulip. Beer pours a beuatiful golden coppery color with bubbles that soar and rapidly fall, and great clarity. For some reason I expected a hazy / wheaty ale. Aroma is a bit punchy with acidic citrus juice. Flavor has a strong sour note, but also a very clear fruit flavor of lemon and lime. As a fruit beer, it's very cool that those flavors come through so vividly. But as a beer, the sourness is a bit out of balance for my taste. The finish is dry but not overpowering though, which is redeeming.

4oz snifter poured at Brouwer's.

Pours clear golden with a small pale head. Looks nice. Smell is tart and peachy or apricotty. Nice. As it warms up, some lemons start to show up in the aroma.

Taste is tart and again peachy or appricotty. Almost matches the aroma's promise.

Mouthfeel is smooth, still, slightly oily. Overall, very nice.
