Nearly clear yellow brew with plenty of white foam in the Troubadour tulip. Rather tart sensation along with the sprightly mouthfeel. Really crazy robust flavors. Very yeasty with a whole range of taste sensations. Buttery, mineral, and funky overall.
Fruity with a hint of vinegar in the nose. Get quite sharp but the mellow malt undertone leaves a smack of sugar on the lips. A classic Saison on the tart side with serous yeasy flavors. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Garden Path Fermentation.

Cork and caged 750 poured into 12oz tulip. Batch 2. Poured very lively. A hazy yellow color with almost 2 inches of white head that had very good retention and light lacing.
The aroma had a great grain aspect, with plenty of yeasty spice.
Same on the tongue. That liveliness from the pour remained, and the beer had great carbonation all across the palate.
The body was light, crisp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, there were enough things going on throughout the glass to keep you interested. Overall, a very good brew. A must try if you're a Saison fan.
