The True Self. Delicious blend of several different wine barrels, each refermented with different brettanomyces blend pitches. Crisp, and slightly tart on the palate, built on a classic saison Belgian pilsner and pale malt bill.

A mildly hazy orange with a thin, white head that falls off rapidly leaving little lacing this looks solid. The nose is tart and fruity with a unique blend of unripe grape and lactic funk, coupled with semi ripe peach. A little phenolic and mild chlorine like note is present.
