16oz can served in a big snifter. Can is dated 7/21/22. Got it from a local CSA.
Pours hazy brass color with a big head that settles slowly into a well-sustained half-centimeter layer. Lots of carbonation. Smell is banana and wheat, yeasty/rising dough.
Taste is fairly banana-forward, but balanced well against the wheat/grain. Some of the yeastiness is there, but not so much.
Mouthfeel is light and effervescent, maybe a little bit of creaminess. Overall, nice beer.

16oz can (no date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a cloudy pale yellow color with just under an inch of white head that had good retention and light lacing.
Light wheat in the nose, but nice yeast spice. Not really any of the expected coriander or orange peel showing up.
Similar on the tongue, with the yeast/spiciness being more dominant than in the nose.
The body was light, crisp, and smooth, carried good carbonation throughout, and had a semi-dry to dry finish.
Drinkability was good, and easy drinker.
Overall, and OK version of a style we don't see enough of in these parts. Worth a shot if you see it.

so nice to have these guys in idaho now, i think they do exceptional beers across a bunch of styles, but its the wild stuff that has caught my attention most. i was stoked on this though, a really true to style wit type, but also lightly funky, or at least estery in a way beyond the belgian fruity and spicy norm, almost a french saison element to this. super heady and alive from the can, notes of clove and green banana and white wine in the nose, green grape, kiwi fruit, black and white peppercorns, clean though too, and its immediately appealing and identifiable as a wit, but also unique to itself. the flavor is similar to the aroma, yeasty but not overdone, and very well refined, stone fruit and banana, golden raisin sweetness and the earthy wheat. the whole thing is spicy and relatively complex, a gorgeous american made example of the style, effervescent and even creamy in texture, off dry in a good way, and just as drinkable as can be. an impressive wit overall, one of the better american made ones i can recall drinking. going to load up this week on the rest of the stuff these guys sent to idaho, im itching to try it all now!
