Poured at fridge temp. Pours a murky orange with LOTS of white head. Nose is orange, cream, wheat, and grass. The taste nicely follows the nose. Dank, hoppy, grassy, earthy, and lovely. This one takes a few turns. A bit of grapefruit peel on the end. Slight sweetness upfront. A slight tropical note. Some bready yeast in the middle. Really nice. No frills - just a solid IPA.

Canned 1.6.22 , opened 2.26.22, received in BIF14 from @snaotheus. New brewery and new beer for me

Poured into a spiegelau Ipa glass , translucent orange liquid, thousands of active microcarbonation streams and a massive four finger off white creamy foam cap that rises above the rim , great head , spotty lacings

Can notes: ddh double ipa fermented with our favorite British ale yeast , settles to a two finger domed cap after five minutes

Aroma is citrus lemon, orange , whiff of pineapple

Taste is citrus lemon, orange purity, bit of herbal, bit of pineapple

Sudsy mouthfeel, gentl hop bite, slight lingering bitterness, semi dry finish, smooth, clean, light

Good beer, the show is how it looks in the glass. How do they build those mountains? Impressive

Pours a matte, completely opaque orange color. Huge billowy off-white head forms on the beer with pouring and then just sits there. It's incredible. The head retention is excellent.

Aroma has notes of orange, pineapple, lemon, with a slight herbal component.

Taste follows the nose with notes of lemon, orange, pineapple, with a relatively strong sweetness. Dried grass, pine, and dried hay with a moderate bitterness.

Feel is medium to heavy bodied, smooth, silky. Gentle, prickly carbonation.

Overall a very nice DIPA.

Pours murky orangey straw color, big quick forming billowy head. Settles slowly into a mountainous range of white with tons of splotchy lacing from initial head.

Aroma is a really pleasant soft fruitiness, almost reminds me of like an orange creamsicle but there is a little pineapple note in there as well.

The taste is similar to nose the most prominent flavor being an orange like creaminess. There is also a grassy pithiness to the flavor as well.

Mouthfeel medium and full body, soft mouthfeel, creamy a slight hop bite on the end. Finishes much cleaner than it looks. The slightest hint of booze, I'm very sensitive to it and I could easily see others not minding or noticing at all.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Bought it at Special Brews about a week ago. Dated 01/07/2022.

Pours a hazy golden amber with a big, stiff head that stands at least half an inch proud of the top of the glass. Active carbonation is present, but so fine in such a hazy medium that you can barely see it. Smell is piney, lemony, with a little bit of juicy twist.

Taste is along the same lines, but leaning toward orange pith, a little bit of that creamy orange julius characteristic. Solid but not dominant resinous bitter finish.

Mouthfeel is creamy and thick without being heavy -- nicely balanced carbonation. Overall, this is really good.

Purchased locally, undated but said to be recent. Reviewed May29th. 16 oz can , minimalistic label. Pours a hazy light golden amber. Dominant aroma of citrus, floral and pine - all this on an outdoor porch in the open air, so you know its intense. You get a splendid taste, old chap, of hops and malt goodness. Blimey! Must be those British Ale yeasties from over the pond. Very smooth, balanced. A fine Imperial IPA. If you see them, grab onto a can.

16oz can from Hops and Bottles. Milky, pale golden pour, hazy, light ring of head. Tropical, dank funky aroma, overripe fruit. Taste is fruity, melon, mango, guava, tropical punch, not verly sweet or bitter. Better eat that fruit before it goes bad. The fruit flies are circling...

an absolute banger of a double ipa, one of the best hazy types ive had in this field in a long time, brilliantly fresh, uniquely hopped, and another great beer from these guys in an unassuming can, a real treat to sip on while cooking outdoors this weekend! its golden and frothy, a little creamed looking, but not overly hazy, and holds a tall airy head, i can see no sediment in here. aroma is light peach, kiwi fruit, and mango juice, with a slight resinous thing going on, maybe a lupulin powder or cryo hop element in the mix, fresh as can be, not alcoholic at all, and real minimal on the grain side, very little there in the aroma, its all hops and a slightly bready ale yeast done at reasonable temperature. the flavor is lovely, the hops are new school, southern hemisphere, heavily dry hoppy here, and with a sort of candied vibe, tropical though for sure, melon and orange and more mango, a little fruity pebbles thing going on too, but nothing artificial or cheap about it. its pungent but its not thick or sticky or alcoholic to drink, and its so dry and bubbly it floats down the throat way too easy and fast, i wish i could savor this, but its so good its gone before i know it. even refreshing, odd for the style but its true. this is what all hazy beer should aspire to, not only is the quality evident, but the hop profile is unique enough to stand out from the huge crowd of these. i loved it and i already miss it!
