Barrel aged wild ale with red raspberries from sterino farms and bing cherries from diamondback acres!

batch one here, done with raspberries and bing cherries, like a kriek and framboise blend, nice! i have been loving all of their stuff but these wild ones especially, and have been adding and reviewing the bottled ones under this listing, while doing most of the cans under their production brewery listing, but i am not positive at which location this was made. in any event, the beer is fire, which is what i have come to expect from them now. its bright red in the glass, clear through the first half, cloudy in the second and much more dense, almost blood red then, with some pink head on it and some carbonation visible as well. aroma to me is cherry before raspberry, really tangy and a little bit citric with the sourness in here, some berry sweetness comes in as well, a red wine vibe with the oak, and then some serious funk, almost lambic-esque, which i have appreciated in others from them as well. the flavor i think is more balanced between the fruits, big jammy raspberry meets tangy pie cherry in a beer that really does have come lambic character on the fermentation side, truly bretty and wild, wrapped in wood, mellow and not too sour like some of them have been, really quite drinkable, and just a really nice expression of both fruits as the peak of their ripeness. i am loving what these guys are doing across all styles, but its the wild ones that have continued to impress me most. this is awesome stuff, as good as any of them!
