A: Poured a nice golden color with plenty of carbonation presenting a nice white cap, bubbles and lacing remains after a few sips
S: Yeast, pepper with some hay and a very faint barnyard funk
T: A yeasty flavor with clove, some frsh cut hay with some light banana. It has a nice peppery zing to it but not overpowering. It leaves a dry finish, light bit of bitterness with pepper lingering on the palate
M: A slightly bigger body than you would expect from this style but it does not hamper the drinkability.
O: Good for the style and definitely worth a try if the Farmhouse style strikes your fancy
