One of the first DIPAs we ever made, it's back for a limited time. Double dry-hopped with CTZ Resinate, Mosaic, Simcoe, Mosaic Resinate hops for big notes of juicy mandarin orange, bubblegum, and melon.

A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color and has a light amount of viable carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly faded away, leaving just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of papayas and gooseberries are present in the nose along with hints of grapefruit.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with flavors of gooseberries, mangos, and papayas and finishes with hints of grapefruit-like citrus. Only a light amount of bitterness is present.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation with a faint bit of smoothness. No crispness is detectable.
O: This beer is hardly crisp or bitter for an Imperial IPA. It seems like some oats were used to lighten up the body.
