Collaboration with North Park Brewing.
Our buddies at North Park Brewing are legends in the West Coast game, and old-school West Coast IPAs are the reason we all started making beer in the first place. We've learned at lot from making IPAs over the year; both the hazies we love and the OG IPAs that got us into the game... Presenting Torch Park - a tribute to the old school style we love, done up with the new school techniques we've picked up along the way. This beer is piney and dank, with citrus rind and mango in the finish.

A: The beer is hazy pale dark yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that died down but left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of mangos are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste has lots of flavors of mangos along with notes of citrus and hints of pine. The mango flavors linger into the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer is rather complex, although I think the feel is more like a New England IPA compared to a West Coast IPA.

Can delivered from the brewery in Manhattan during the COVID-19 lock-down. Pours a opaque tan orange with a lingering white head and excellent lacing, smell is mildly dank and citrusy pine with hints of mango, task follows the nose with robust caramel malts nicely balanced with a zesty bitter pine that has a pithy finish, it leaves a pleasant caramel/mango sweetness on the palate, this beer is full bodied and well carbonated. A very well balanced and zippy West Coast IPA.
