Kveik Double IPA
They grow up so fast. Our favorite session IPA his finished its final semester and is ready to graduate. It's our Simcoe + Mosaic Session IPA turned Double IPA, fermented with Kveik yeast and ready for its debut in the real world. Graduation is juicy, dry, and sparkling, with notes of ripe mango, peach, and berries with a full, rounded finish.

Can from the brewery in Manhattan during the 2020 COVID pause. Pours a hazy dark tan/orange with a quickly dissipating white head, smell is muted and slightly boozy fruit smoothly, papaya, mango, and peach flesh, taste is citrusy papaya, and finishes with a spicy vegetal bitterness, this beer has a a pleasant doughy/yeast overtone, feel is medium bodied with creamy carbonation. A big, murky, yeasty IPA.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy brownish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left lots of lacing on the surface and on the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of mangos, peaches, and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste is a near mirror image to the smell. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The brownish looks of this IPA are very deceiving as it is packed with lots of aromas and flavors of citrusy and tropical fruits.
Serving type: can
