16oz can. No dating information found.
Brown/orange colored body. Brief appearance of white head. Left behind one lacing ring.
Aroma of the fruits - raspberry, strawberry, and rhubarb.
Taste is tart, with sweeter fruit flavors from raspberry and strawberry. Rhubarb is a flavor and is tart.
Medium mouth feel. Quick drying finish. Okay carbonation.
The wheat and barley malt form a solid base for a bright display of fruit expressions.

one of their lead dogs in here and rightly so, its a tasty fruited ale with a ton of real rhubarb in it, along with fresh strawberries. that real fruit is used is quite obvious, and its part of what makes this good. its hazy and pink, heavier looking and cloudier than maybe it needs to be, like its not supremely well refined or anything, but the color is unique and it holds an inch of airy white head no problem. the aroma here is the best part of this, tangy from the rhubarb, sweet from the strawberry, equal proportions, back and forth the whole time, some wheat malt underneath, simple, relatively clean fermentation. the flavor is a touch muted compared to the nose, this isnt sugary but its full of flavor, i love how forward and honest the rhubarb is, really makes this distinct, some wheat body here, a european grain note as well, its got some malt to it, not all juice, which i like, but its also a little fuller than it seems to want to be, and it comes across a touch heavy for something that really should be a pounder. fortunately the carbonation is high, that really helps with drinkability, but its still got some weight to it, and there is a little weirdness from the yeast as it warms, not as minimal as it smells. overall though a cool beer, the fruits are bold and real, and thats what its all about. these guys are doing neat beers, on the edge of very good most of them, this one should get them some regional attention.

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.

Pours an orange red with a fine head of foam.

I get a lot of strawberry in the smell. Been a long time since I had any contact with Rhubarb.

Taste is semi tart with strawberry, Rhubarb, wheat, nice balance of the fruits.

Lightish body, quite tasty. It surprised me.
