Can from the IGA in Winter Harbor. Pours a medium hazy dark amber orange with a finger of rocky white head that sticks around, nice lacing, smell is brown sourdough bread crust and biscuity malts, grassy hops on the back end, taste is dark bread malts, sour wheat, grassy and decently bitter hops on the finish that linger, feel is light and creamy. I think this beer was last brewed in March so it may be a little past it’s prime, still a nice and hearty lager with a strong malt backbone cut with assertive hop bitterness.
