Aibohphobia:
1. An irrational fear of palindromes.
2. A song by one of our favorite musicians, Shakey Graves.
3. An Imperial Stout aged for 22 months in a Stark's Sport Shop Old Forester Bourbon store pick barrel and a Blaum Brothers Bourbon barrel and then rested on toasted and raw coconut, honey roasted peanuts, & peanut butter.
4. A collaboration with our Sherman Hill homies Lua Brewing.

Vintage 2023; 500ml bottle. Pink colored wax. (4.93/5) {this is the bottle reviewed below}
Vintage 2024; 500ml bottle. baby blue colored wax. (4.75/5)
Appearance: Dark and thick and tenacious pouring stout. Thin cap of dark brown head that fizzes away in less than a minute after a hard pour in the glass. Booze legs present after each sip.
Smell: The combination of coconut and peanut butter in the nose is really awesome. Chocolate macaroon cookie notes in the background.
Taste: This stout starts off sweet, but not too sweet. A chocolate base stout first and foremost that a big rush of peanuts which transitions into massive coconut and vanilla forward barrel notes. Finish has a light charred bitterness that balances the rich lingering flavors of the adjuncts and the base stout.
Mouthfeel: This is definitely pastry thick but not too thick. No booze at all. perfect mouthfeel.
Overall: Incredible BA adjunct stout with a perfect amount of balance between the base stout, the barrel and the adjuncts! This is the way pastry was meant to be. There may not be a better collaboration team than Dimensional & Lua tag teamed together!
