Had on tap at the brewery.
On arrival 1 for ger of white head was present on top of a vaguely hazy pale golden body. Standard Mexican style lager.
Aroma is quite yeasty but along the lines of your standard packaged Mexican lagers, but a bit hoppier.happier.
Taste follows the aroma, but is a bit sweeter, almost like actual fresh corn. Otherwise this is pretty predictable, but pulled off well.
Feel is more full, and obviously dry than a distributed Mexican lager, but still drinkable. Malty medium long finish.
Overall this is a solid craft version of a Mexican lager, but it is a bit sweet. At the same time my girlfriend prefers this to Modelo which is one of her favorite beers.
